Job summary

RC Labs, Bengaluru, is seeking an Electronic Engineer to join the team for testing and field support of energy storage and BMS projects. You will engage in R&D activities, perform testing and debugging, prepare technical reports, and assist pilots and production with close collaboration across hardware and software teams.

The role requires a degree in Electrical & Electronics/ECE, 1+ years of hands-on embedded programming (C, Embedded C), and willingness to travel to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or relevant disciplines.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in electronic circuit testing and debugging.
• Languages: C, Embedded C.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in embedded programming (Infineon/STM32/TI/NXP).
• Experience in R&D / IoT / automotive / electrical / battery systems/ embedded systems is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ready to work flexible hours and travel to customer locations.
