Job summary

AECOM seeks an Electromechanical Engineer (Hydropower & Pumped Storage Projects) for a site-based role in Panaura, Uttar Pradesh. You will supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electromechanical equipment ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and safety standards.

The role requires coordinating with contractors, the PMC team, and other disciplines for timely execution and integration of systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) required.
  • 10+ years of experience in electromechanical engineering or related fields.
  • Site-based role in Panaura, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Responsibilities

  • Review testing of electromechanical systems.
  • Coordinate interfaces between disciplines and contractors.
  • Review inspection reports and resolve installation issues.
  • Witness testing and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Prepare progress and status reports.

Job Summary:

The Electromechanical Engineer shall be responsible for supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of electromechanical equipment to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The engineer shall coordinate with contractors, the PMC team, and other disciplines to facilitate timely execution and successful integration of all electromechanical systems.
