Job Summary:

The role also involves providing on-site service support, installation, commissioning, and repair of equipment at customer locations.

Repair & Maintenance:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical faults.


• Repair defective equipment, assemblies, and subassemblies.

• Assist in preventive maintenance activities within the factory.

Field Service & Customer Support:

• Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all electrical safety procedures and company safety guidelines.

Documentation

• Maintain service records, repair reports, and testing records.


• Report technical issues and recurring faults to supervisors.


• Assist in inventory tracking of spare parts and consumables.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with electrical control panels, transformers, motors, or industrial equipment.


• Familiarity with multimeters, insulation testers, and other electrical test instruments.
