Job summary

Safran Group in Bengaluru seeks an Electrical System Installation Engineer - Functional Electric to lead wiring diagram creation for aircraft electrical systems and harnesses. You will join a global aerospace team in a dynamic environment.

The candidate will have 5–6 years of experience with SEE XP, CCD, Capital Harness and knowledge of DMU/Product Structure, Airbus processes, and related tools. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace/automotive/mechanical engineering is required.

Qualifications

• SEE XP, CCD, and Capital harness experience for wiring diagrams.
• Experience with aerospace harness design is required.
• Knowledge of aircraft function, operation, and processes.
• Familiarity with Airbus processes and methods.
• Bachelor/Master in Aerospace, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Create wiring diagrams using SEE XP, CCD, and Capital Harness.
• Possibly use Mentor Graphics Capital Harness.
• Navigate DMU and Product Structure.
• Understand aircraft build processes and systems.
• Manage databases with TAKSY, GILDA, and CIRCE tools.
• Drive project KPIs and improvements.
• Contribute to aircraft function and operation knowledge.
• Follow Airbus standards and methods.
• Apply 5–6 years of experience in electrical system installation/functional electrics and configuration management.
