Overview

You will be accountable for the QCDT achievements of Electrical Products-Looms(Harnessess) & Cubicles of the train in compliance with Electrical Development Center(Center Of Excellence) commitments.

You will be the main interface with the Electrical Development Center(EDC) and Train Fitting/Lead Unit/Project team for strategizing Electrical Development.

Main responsibilities

APAC Projects: EDC Electrical Sub-Sytem Management:

  • Management : Plan, monitor, control and manage Electrical sub-system end-to-end activities (scope, schedule, resources, cost, risks, saving, opportunities)
  • Planning : Realize End-to-End project schedule early in the project and update it in a regular basis
  • Cost : Responsible for Project budget on recurring (RC) and non-recurring cost (NRC).
    • Ensure monthly cost follow-up. Alert / mitigate / issue VO in case of deviation
  • Quality : Consolidate Project management plan.
    • Ensure Lessons learnt processes is performed-Continously
    • Ensure Electrical DFQ process applied on project
  • Configuration Management : Propose Baseline Strategy to manage modifications and implementation in Liaison with PrCCM/ECCM
  • Communication : WPR\'s / Project Monthly Review MPR\'s, Critical to project KPI\'s is circulated.
Educational Requirements

Minimum educational requirement/level:

Mandatory:

  • Engineering Master degree or Bachelor degree

Desirable:

  • IPMA level D (or equivalent)/PMP
Knowledge & Experience
  • 3 years Experience in Core Project Management function/processess
  • Good Communication (information sharing, negotiation, conflict management)
  • Able to work in an international, multi-site and matrix organization structure with Pro-activity and customer focus
  • Good communication skills
  • Result oriented
  • Capacity to coordinate and ensure collaboration of multi-site/multi-metier teams
  • Rolling Stock experience (Desirable)
  • Knowledgeable of Electrical Manufacturing process(Desirable)
