Job summary

Quest Global Bengaluru is seeking an Electrical Lab Technician to set up, operate and maintain electrical lab equipment and test systems. The role involves ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, supporting experiments and prototype evaluations, and calibrating instruments to verify performance.

The incumbent will maintain lab inventory, keep the workspace compliant with regulations, and assist in documenting procedures while coordinating preventive maintenance and vendor servicing as

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain electrical lab equipment, instruments, and test systems
• Enforce compliance with electrical safety standards, policies, and best practices
• Support electrical testing, experiments, and prototype evaluations – support in setup development
• Calibrate and verify the performance of testing instruments and measurement devices
• Maintain laboratory inventory, including tools, components, consumables, and spare parts
• Ensure the lab is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations and procedures
• Assist in developing and updating lab procedures, work instructions, and documentation
• Support preventive maintenance schedules for lab equipment
• Coordinate equipment repairs and vendor servicing when needed
