A fast-growing, pan-Asian digital infrastructure provider is looking for a forward-thinking Electrical Engineering Innovation Lead to drive research and development in software-defined power and next-generation data center electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead innovation in electrical power systems, with a focus on optimizing stranded power in data centers.
• Collaborate with core engineering and design teams to develop cost-effective and scalable DC electrical designs.
• Integrate new technologies into electrical infrastructure to reduce operational costs and improve performance.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of emerging technologies and their commercial viability.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and data analysis using tools like MATLAB or COMSOL.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, ideally with a focus on Power Systems.
• Strong experience in MV/LV/HV systems, AC/DC networks, and SCADA/power management tools.
• Proven background in condition monitoring and electrical system commissioning.
• Familiarity with R&D project environments and the ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
