Job summary

Engineer - Electrical (MEP) at AECOM is seeking a qualified professional to contribute to electrical design on data centre and healthcare projects. You will work under moderate supervision on defined tasks, applying Dialux, Revit and AutoCAD to develop reliable electrical systems.

The role requires 3–4 years of design experience in ME and/or UK region projects, with Amtech and Navis experience a plus. Potential for growth within a global infrastructure leader and exposure to diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with electrical design software (Dialux, Revit, AutoCAD).
• Experience in MEP electrical design; UK region exposure beneficial.
• 3-4 years of design experience in ME and/or UK region projects.

Job Description

• Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
• Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
• Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
• Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered.
• Identifies discrepancies in results.
• Provides guidance to entry level engineers.
• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in software applications like Dialux, Revit, AutoCAD Working experience in Amtech / Electrical OM, AGi32, Navis would be an added advantage.
• 3-4 years of design experience in ME and / or UK region projects.
• Experience on Data Centre and Health Care projects will be advantageous
