• 5+ years of professional industry experience, including 3 years of hands-on hardware development.
• Direct experience as the responsible engineer for substantial hardware development workflows.
• Expertise in RF systems, Power Electronics, Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design, PCB Architecture, or Signal Integrity.
• Strong understanding of constraints like component selection and system integration.
• Experience debugging hardware using laboratory equipment and simulation tools.
• Ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs clearly.
