Cleantech Industry Resources (CIR) seeks an experienced BESS Design Engineer to design and size battery energy storage systems for residential, commercial & industrial, and utility-scale projects. The role involves creating SLDs, selecting batteries and PCS, and collaborating with vendors to meet project requirements.
Responsibilities include battery sizing, load-flow studies, documentation, and ensuring compliance with IEEE, IEC, and UL standards while contributing to project lifecycle planning.

We are looking for an experienced BESS Design Engineer with a background in electrical engineering to support the design and engineering of battery energy storage systems. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in designing and sizing BESS systems, creating Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and working with battery and inverter technologies for residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), and utility-scale applications.
