Job summary

Worley India Private Limited is seeking an Electrical Engineer Level II in Vadodara to work with our engineering team on oil, gas, petrochemical and new energy projects. The role emphasizes HV/LV system design, equipment sizing, grounding, lightning protection and protection & control philosophies, under guidance from senior engineers.

The ideal candidate has 5–12 years of experience in design and engineering, and will produce detailed deliverables and support multidisciplinary project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in design & engineering of Oil & Gas, petrochemical, chemical and new energy projects.
• Experience with electrical equipment such as PDCs, switchgears, transformers, MCCs, UPS and drives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop technical deliverables including detailed specifications, single-line diagrams (SLDs), GA/layouts, cable routing plans, and engineering documents for electrical equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Assist in vendor evaluations and document reviews, analyzing technical submissions and ensuring procured equipment meets quality, performance, and compliance expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting best practices and digitization efforts.

The Role

As an Electrical Engineer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. Expertise in HV/LV system design by supporting equipment sizing, grounding/earthing, lightning protection, and protection & control philosophies, ensuring designs are technically sound and aligned with project requirements under the guidance of senior engineers.
