Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Delhi, India. The Electrical Engineer will design, analyze, and review electrical systems and components for projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing electrical drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, supporting power distribution and power system planning, and coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other engineering disciplines. The role involves troubleshooting electrical issues, assisting with installation and commissioning activities, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The Electrical Engineer will also participate in design reviews, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure project timelines and quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, with practical understanding of electricity and core electrical principles.
• Proficiency in Electrical Design, including layout preparation, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience with Power Distribution systems, including panel boards, feeders, and protection devices.
• Knowledge of Power Systems analysis, load flow, fault studies, and system reliability considerations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Familiarity with relevant national and international electrical codes and standards.
• Ability to use electrical design and CAD tools, as well as basic simulation or analysis software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Prior experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects in an engineering role is an advantage.
