Job summary

Voyants Solutions seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to drive planning, design, estimation, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of electrical systems across infrastructure and public projects.

The role requires 6+ years post-qualification experience and a BE/B.Tech in Electrical or ECE, with preference for candidates having exposure to government/urban development projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in planning, design, estimation, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of electrical systems for infrastructure, buildings, urban development and public utility projects.
• Experience in preparing DPRs, electrical estimates, BOQs, technical specifications, tender documents and project reports.
• Knowledge of electrical standards, safety regulations, energy efficiency norms and statutory requirements.
• Experience with infrastructure projects executed by Government Development Authorities, Urban Local Bodies or Smart City Missions preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare DPRs, electrical estimates, BOQs, technical specifications, tender documents and project reports.
• Experience with electrical distribution systems, substations, street lighting, DG sets, solar power systems, fire alarm systems, lifts/escellers, energy management and related electrical infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, safety regulations and energy efficiency norms.
• Prior experience with government/ULB/Smart City projects is preferred

• Knowledge of applicable electrical standards, safety regulations, energy efficiency norms, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in infrastructure projects executed by Government Development Authorities, Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Smart City Missions, Public Sector Organizations, or reputed Private Organizations shall be preferred

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication (B.E./ B.Tech Electrical/ ECE) from a recognized University/Institution
