Our services include:

1. Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning.
2. Sustainability services including LEED, GSAS, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy, and BREEAM.
3. Simulation and analysis such as Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, and Building envelope design and simulation.
4. Thermal Imaging - Infrared Thermography.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks software.
• Ability to create parametric families.
• Capability to model entire services/systems independently.
• Understanding and adherence to BIM Manual/Project Standards.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge in respective departments and MS Office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM models for MEP services from design (LOD 300) to as-built (LOD 500) stages and coordinate with other services.
• Generate Mechanical layouts, sections, elevations, details, and perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Assist BIM leads and Senior BIM Modelers.
• Ensure quality and quantity of work.
• Report to Senior BIM Modelers and BIM leads, raising potential issues promptly.
• Document project files.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by managers.
• Extract BOQ from REVIT files.

Education & Experience:

Minimum of one year experience in BIM modeling.

Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred: Experience in Gulf projects.
