OneCare Group seeks an experienced eLearning Developer to craft interactive digital learning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and transform maritime procedures into engaging training materials.

You will collaborate with marine SMEs to convert complex content into compelling learning assets and deliver LMS-ready SCORM/xAPI compliant training. Proficiency in English, a 4+ year track record in digital learning, and a degree in Digital Learning or Instructional Design are required.

Competenze

• 4+ years’ experience as eLearning developer or multimedia development.
• Strong skills in Articulate 360.
• Experience using multimedia software (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Illustrator, Synthesia, Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Skills, Qualification And Experience Required:

• 4+ years’ experience as eLearning developer or multimedia development
• Strong skills in Articulate 360.
• Eperience in using multimedia software (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Illustrator, Synthesia, Premier pro, etc).
• Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset and the ability to transform complex concepts into engaging and visually appealing learning materials.
• Experience in compliance or technical training (maritime is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment.
• Experience working in a multinational environment is highly desirable.

Education:

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Learning, Instructional Design or a related field.
