Position: Talent Acquisition Associate

Salary: ₹400,000 - ₹550,000 CTC + Incentive (per closer) + Team incentive

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently and along with the team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mentoring the US Team of Recruiters & Individual contributors, distributing tasks, mentoring, and guiding them to ensure their submission as per the target.
  • Team Management, Client Management, Problem-solving.
  • Sourcing & Screening potential IT candidates for full-time & contract openings.
  • Submit qualified candidates to the open job requirements and take it forward.
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruitment, including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.
  • Experience in IT recruiting in various US IT Staffing, Canada Corporation in Staffing world.
  • Expertise in the full recruitment life cycle in IT staffing contracting and Permanent Placements in US market.
  • Maintaining reports in ATS like Daily submissions, immediate joining, daily call sheet, offered & joining details, etc.
  • Well-versed with techniques of working on social networking sites like LinkedIn, Twitter, Monster, Naukri, etc.
  • Dealing with International candidates on their Work Authorization.
  • Negotiating the rates as per the Visa status.
  • Handling the US and UK Tax terms & International contracts.
  • Managing the onboarding & new hire process.
  • Client management will be a vital role.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3-4 years of Team Management experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years of US IT Recruitment experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & positive attitude is a must.
  • Willing to work in US / UK shifts.
  • Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for a detailed evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements.
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. MBA preferred in HR/sales & Marketing.
  • Ready to join in a week’s time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
