• Ability to work with client stakeholders
• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

EIS BA

Job Description

• 8-12 years of experience in business analysis with at least 3 years focused on insurance technology projects involving EIS or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for EIS implementations across policy, billing, and claims domains.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding and feasibility of requirements.
• Support solution design workshops, process modeling, and gap analysis.
• Facilitate UAT planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business expectations.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of insurance business processes and EIS product functionalities.
• Experience with requirement gathering techniques, process mapping, and documentation tools.
