Cushman & Wakefield is offering an EIC Apprentice in Gurgaon within the Project & Development Services team. The program aims to give fresh graduates hands-on exposure coordinating with engineers, architects and contractors on live projects, including site work and project management responsibilities.

You will assist in reviewing designs, coordinating across stakeholders, conducting inspections and preparing progress reports while learning budgeting and scheduling basics in a real estate

Qualificações

• B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or related engineering; architecture graduates welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proactive, hardworking and learning-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist senior engineers in reviewing design basis reports, drawings and project development activities
• Support design coordination and project implementation, working with architects, contractors and other stakeholders across the project lifecycle

About the role

Join our Project & Development Services team and work alongside engineers, architects and contractors on live projects. You'll learn how projects are designed, coordinated, built and handed over, with hands-on exposure to site work and project management.
