Job summary

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical engineering (architecture grads also welcome).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in reviewing design basis reports, drawings and project development activities.
• Support design coordination and project implementation, working with architects, contractors and other stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections to track daily progress and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation and presentations to communicate project updates.
• Support project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting and resource coordination.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of civil, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Support quality control to ensure projects meet safety, environmental and performance standards.

About the role

Join our Project & Development Services team and work alongside engineers, architects and contractors on live projects. You'll learn how projects are designed, coordinated, built and handed over, with hands-on exposure to site work and project management.
