We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Educational Counselor. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

As a Educational Counselor, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by engaging with potential candidates and guiding them.

Acting as a mentor and guide, you will provide career advice for potential learners.

Counseling learning prospects, offering career advice, and providing insight into how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their careers.

Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.

Taking responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.

Maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads and providing constant feedback on lead quality to the respective team.

Carrying weekly revenue and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage with potential candidates for NxtWave's programs.
  2. Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions of NxtWave's offerings.
  3. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and other stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Achieve monthly targets for candidate onboarding.

Qualifications:

  1. Native speaker of Tamil.
  2. Proficiency in English will be an advantage.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and remotely.
  6. Strong sales acumen and a passion for achieving targets.
  7. Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus, but not mandatory.

Role Focus:

Career Chakra, in collaboration with NxtWave, provides a comprehensive 2-month intensive training program to ensure you are well-equipped with essential sales techniques and communication skills. The training is fully sponsored by NxtWave, with no fees, and no stipend will be offered during the training period.

This program is designed to fast-track your career, providing expertise usually gained after 2 years of experience. The program prepares you for success and offers potential employment based on your performance.

Compensation:

Upon completion of the 2-month training program, you will be eligible for a salary package of up to 6 LPA.

- Fixed Pay: 3.6 LPA
- Variable Pay: 2.4 LPA (based on performance, provided in the form of Monthly Incentives)
