Job summary

Pegasus Wellbeing Club is seeking an Education Coach & Counsellor (Pre-Primary) to join our growing team in Delhi NCR (Dwarka, Gurugram).

The role requires 1–2 years of preschool experience, strong understanding of early childhood education, excellent communication, and the ability to engage with parents through counselling and interactive activities with children.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Early Childhood Education (Pre-Primary curriculum & child development).
• Experience in a preschool or school 1 to 2 years.
• Ability to connect with parents on early learning methodologies. Convert inquiries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
• Able to do activities with the children.
• Make planners.
• Art and craft.

Pegasus Wellbeing Club is Hiring! Urgently We are looking for a passionate Education Coach & Counsellors (Pre-Primary) to join our growing team.

Locations: Delhi NCR - Dwarka and Gurugram

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Early Childhood Education (Pre-Primary curriculum & child development)

Working Hours 6 Hours per day, contract for one year.
