Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an experienced ELV Design professional to lead the design and integration of ELV systems for large-scale facilities in Chennai. You will coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and planning teams to ensure reliable interface with building services and safety standards.

The role requires 8–15 years of experience in ELV design, knowledge of NFPA, BICSI, BIS and TIA standards, and proficiency in coordinating with clients and vendors for design approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and coordinating ELV systems for large building projects.
• Knowledge of NFPA, BIS, BICSI, and TIA standards.
• Good command of English and local language for on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and integration of CCTV, access control, PA, BMS and fire alarm systems.
• Review drawings, schematics and BOQs for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate ELV interfaces with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Provide design validation and optimize layouts for performance and cost.
• Support execution teams with clarifications and commissioning inputs.
