Sensata Technologies in Pune, India seeks an EDI Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end EDI integration initiatives, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met with quality. You will initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, gathering requirements, drafting plans, and coordinating with development teams for successful implementations.
The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, weekly meetings, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of PM practices.
The EDI Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the successful implementation of new EDI integration projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines, all while upholding the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, documentation, and closing projects. You will elicit and document detailed requirements, create detailed project plans, assign tasks, and collaborate with development teams for implementation. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, you will drive effective communication and alignment to realize project objectives.
Create project plans, communication plans, and all standard project documentation to ensure organization of the project team.
Conduct weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and the project is kept on target; drive for results and deadlines.
Provide timely updates to project business cases for stage gate approvals.
