• Maintain and increase customer satisfaction by communicating project deliverables and goals.
• Serve as the customer interface for PS-EC product and development; conduct required customer meetings with Sys-PjM consultation.
• Execute Project Charter with sub-projects and lead assigned project team members.
• Support in the quotation process if requested.
• Elaborate top-level schedule and WBS with sub-projects.
