Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering in Polymer, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial or Aerodynamics.
• 3–5 years in Wind Industries, Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive or Aeronautical sectors.
• Experience in Windchill and SAP; PowerBI/dashboard experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and update P-BOM / C-BOM / O-BOM throughout product lifecycle.
• Create and update routings throughout product lifecycle.
• Execute MSI extension to plants and create Tech Transfer MSI BOM & BOD.
• Update O BOM Quarterly for Group Costing activity.

Technology & Operations > Manufacturing > ECM / BOM / EAM

We deliver ECM and BoM of the products from NPI to Serial production. We create and case-handle production change notice and tooling change notice with close collaborations with global process teams, R&D, purchase and factories. We update p-BoM and o-BoM , create routings and make sure the BoM is available well before production start either in NPI phase or Tech Transfer and serial production. We also support group costing in collaboration with finance team. We drive BoM optimization across blade manufacturing and govern manufacturing ECM system.

Responsibilities

• Creation and update of P-BOM / C-BOM / O- BOM throughout product lifecycle.
• Creation and update of Routings throughout product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering in any of the following disciplines - Polymer / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production / Industrial / Aerodynamics
• 3 to 5 years of working in Wind Industries, Engineering industries, Manufacturing, Automobile, Aeronautical Industries.
• Experience in Windchill Software and SAP.
• Experience in PowerBI apps/ dashboard developments will be an added advantage

Competencies

• Good knowledge on change management process and Bill of materials.
• Knowledge SAP and Windchill.
• Knowledge on blades manufacturing process is an advantage.
• Six sigma GB certification preferable.
• Good communication skill.
• Stakeholders management.
