Python Developer Associate Process Manager

We are seeking a Python Developer to join our talent pool. This role reports to the Senior Process Manager and will be a key influencer of our digital identity. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience with Python, Django, MongoDB & Flask, and be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, including frameworks and third-party libraries.

The candidate must have deep functional knowledge of the process area, capable of applying it to operational scenarios to deliver effective solutions. They should identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions using logical and systematic methodologies. Open-mindedness towards team inputs and views is essential, along with leadership skills to motivate and guide teams towards company objectives. The candidate should be proactive, self-directed, and eager to meet customer needs through process auditing, implementing best practices, and utilizing available frameworks and tools. Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to articulate goals and ideas effectively to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle image and video processing libraries.
2. Possess extensive knowledge of visual compute projects involving image and video data.
3. Participate in solution development for client projects.
4. Expertise in coding and debugging.
5. Research independently with good logical aptitude.
6. Create detailed documentation for automation projects.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and develop automated solutions.
8. Assess and prioritize feature requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree with 5-6 years of hands-on coding experience.

5. Experience with REST APIs.
6. Expertise in Python Django Framework.

8. Advanced knowledge of Python libraries such as Django/Flask, OpenCV, NumPy, Pillow, Matplotlib, Scikit-image.
9. Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript and HTML5.
