Job summary

EduBridge is seeking an ECA - Trainer BFSI (BCBF, Tally) for Angel One Chennai to deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned training in a WFO setting. The role focuses on timely course completion, active learner engagement, and achieving an 80% feedback score through innovative teaching methods.

The trainer will support learners with mock interviews, resume workshops, and job portal training, while collaborating with placement teams to maximize job applications and minimize dropout rates.

Qualifications

• Deliver high-quality, engaging sessions (online/offline) aligned with the training curriculum.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and completion of the course as per the schedule.
• Maintain active learner participation throughout the course using innovative teaching methods.
• Encourage and guide learners to provide course ratings, aiming for the 80% feedback target.
• Motivate learners to refer their peers to the program, supporting referrals targets.
• Implement interventions to minimize dropout rates to less than 20%.

Responsibilities

• Regularly coordinate with the Training Manager regarding all training activities and process steps.
• Prepare learners for the job market by conducting mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and job portal navigation training.
• Encourage and assist 80% of learners completing training to apply for at least 5 jobs on the Job Portal.
• Work with the Dedicated Placement Manager in mid and final assessments to gauge employability of learners.
• Counsel learners regularly to ensure fewer dropouts and greater acceptance of placement opportunities.
• Engage with learners and provide feedback on learner progress and learning.
• Work with the Training manager to incorporate learner feedback into future processes and content.
• Provide regular feedback to the Training Manager on training content and the need for local customization.
• Submit detailed performance reports on learner progress, attendance, and feedback at regular intervals.
