EbizON is looking for HR Analyst Fresher to join our team in Dehradun office.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like JazzHR, Indeed, Naukri etc)
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
6. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
7. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Requirements and skills:

1. Bachelor’s in human resources.
2. MBA preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
5. Excellent record keeping.
6. Sound judgement
7. MBA in Human Resources Management, or relevant field
