The position requires a graduate in any discipline, strong typing and communication skills, and willingness to work from the office with night shifts. MS Office and basic AI tool understanding are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process new member enrollments and eligibility transactions.
• Update and maintain member records in internal systems.
• Verify member eligibility and enrollment status.
• Process enrollment changes, corrections, and member data updates.
• Respond to standard inquiries related to enrollment and eligibility.
• Support inventory and workflow management activities.
• Maintain required quality, accuracy, and turnaround-time standards.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives.
• Frequent collaboration with team to ensure smooth enrollment operations.

The Associate Enrollment & Eligibility Representative is responsible for accurate and timely processing and maintaining member enrollment, billing and eligibility information. The role supports member access to healthcare services by ensuring enrollment transactions are completed in accordance with regulatory and business requirements.

• Process new member enrollments and eligibility transactions
• Update and maintain member records in internal systems
• Verify member eligibility and enrollment status
• Process enrollment changes, corrections, and member data updates
• Respond to standard inquiries related to enrollment and eligibility
• Support inventory and workflow management activities

• Ensure compliance with CMS, regulatory, and business requirements
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
