Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an E-Commerce Warehouse Operator to handle receiving, scanning, and storing goods, and to pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a Poland-based role for candidates from India. Basic English and computer skills are required, with visa support provided.

The position offers 160–200 hours per month, with overseas opportunities and shift work. Accommodation may be arranged and transportation support provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education.
• 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, retail, packing, or distribution preferred.
• Fresh candidates with relevant skills may also apply.
• Basic English communication (A2–B1 level).
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to use warehouse systems.
• Physically fit to stand, walk, lift, and work in rotating shifts.
• Overseas employment opportunities in Poland.
• Approximately 160–200 working hours per month.
• Additional working hours may be available depending on operational requirements and legal limits.
• Employer-supported work permit application.
• Assistance with Poland National Type D Work Visa documentation.
• Pre-departure guidance and onboarding support.
