Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ecommerce campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Walmart, with a strong understanding of listing optimization, digital marketing strategies, and client management. As the main point of contact for USA-based clients, the Client Success Manager will ensure seamless communication, timely execution of campaigns, and the optimization of client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for USA-based clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ensure clients are fully satisfied with the services and results delivered.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee and manage e-commerce campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize product listings, ads, keywords, and campaigns to drive sales and performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide insights for improvement.
  • Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, performance, and optimizations.
  • Translate complex data insights into easy-to-understand reports for clients.
  • Address client queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the internal operations/marketing team to execute plans efficiently.
  • Targeted Outreach: Identify and engage with agencies servicing USA clients in need of ecommerce management and optimization services.
  • Look for potential opportunities within Amazon's internal teams or related roles to recruit skilled professionals.
