Job summary

Zytexa Technology llp is seeking an entry-level E-commerce Listings Assistant to help manage and optimize product listings across platforms. You will craft titles, descriptions, images, and pricing while ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

You will monitor inventory, assist with campaigns, and conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world product data and fast-paced e-commerce work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Create, edit, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and other product information.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify pricing, product, and market trends.
• Monitor product availability, inventory updates, orders, and listing accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining product catalogs and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Support the team in improving product visibility and overall e-commerce performance.
• Track basic sales and product performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to product listings, orders, inventory, or customer queries.
• Assist with promotional activities, offers, and e-commerce campaigns.
• Research new products, categories, and potential market opportunities.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends, marketplace practices, and competitor activities.
• Perform other e-commerce-related tasks as required by the team.
