Job summary

EMIAC Technologies is seeking a motivated E-commerce Intern to support daily operations, product listings, inventory updates, order management, and marketplace activities from our Jaipur office. You will work with Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms, optimizing listings, tracking performance, and assisting with promotions.

Qualifications include basic MS Excel/Google Sheets skills, strong attention to detail, and an interest in e-commerce, online selling, and marketplace management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
• Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and specifications
• Support catalogue management and listing optimization for visibility
• Monitor inventory, orders, cancellations, and returns
• Assist with promotions, deals, discounts, and advertising campaigns
• Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis
• Track sales and performance metrics using Excel or Google Sheets
• Report listing issues to the concerned team
• Coordinate with internal teams on updates and stock availability

About the internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist with daily e-commerce operations, product listings, inventory updates, order management, and marketplace activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities

1. Assist in managing product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
2. Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and specifications.
3. Support product catalogue management and listing optimization to improve product visibility.
4. Monitor inventory levels, product availability, orders, cancellations, and returns.
5. Assist with marketplace promotions, deals, discounts, and advertising campaigns.
6. Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis.
7. Track product sales, performance metrics, and marketplace data using Excel or Google Sheets.
8. Monitor listing errors, account notifications, and customer reviews, and report issues to the concerned team.
9. Coordinate with internal teams regarding product updates, stock availability, and order-related activities.
