Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic E-commerce Executive to manage product listings, updates, and sales operations on major online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will play a key role in boosting online visibility, driving revenue through digital platforms, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO-based content management, and digital sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms.

  • Conduct keyword research to improve SEO performance of listings.

  • Monitor and update product details including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely inventory updates and product availability.

  • Handle returns, customer complaints, and queries related to marketplace operations.

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and generate detailed reports.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and participate in sales events like Big Billion Day, Amazon Prime Day, etc.

  • Ensure all listings adhere to platform guidelines and policies.

  • Manage seller accounts including health metrics, penalties, and compliance issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, primarily Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in using formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.

  • Strong command of written English for effective product descriptions and customer communication.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Experience:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.

  • Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar will be considered a plus.

  • Prior experience in seller account handling on Amazon and Flipkart is essential.

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Saturday

  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • (Alternate Saturdays Off – Based on company policy)
