NutraStore is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize our Amazon presence, driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics to implement Amazon-specific strategies and campaigns.

The role requires 2 years of experience managing a D2C brand on Amazon or similar platform, with strong knowledge of Amazon policies and optimization techniques. This is a full-time on-site position in Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in managing a D2C brand on Amazon or similar e-commerce platform.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth on Amazon.
• Strong understanding of Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Manage and optimize Amazon account, including product listings, inventory, and pricing.
• Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share on Amazon.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Marketing and Promotion: Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns, promotions, and deals.
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and prevent stockouts.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize Amazon opportunities.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize product listings for Amazon search algorithms, including keyword research, title optimization, and bullet point optimization.
• Graphic Optimization: Enhance product listings with Graphics Team for high-quality images, videos, and other visual content to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
