Role & responsibilities

• Lead the catalogue on all marketplaces.
• Co-ordinate with warehouse & showroom to check product detail and match MRP.
• Co-ordinate with content writer/marketing team to arrange required product & creative detail.
• Ownership of product hygiene on channel.
• Brief job and co-ordinate with designer to create new creative.
• Maintain performance health of the marketplace.
• Job follow-up with internal and external team.
• Co-ordinate with Amazon agency for listing optimization and A+ Content.
• Maintain product variation and listing new lines on marketplace.
• Generate case/ticket and share required POA (plan of action).
• A hands-on marketplace operation is mandatory.
