Requin Solutions Private Limited, Jaipur-based IT company, seeks a full-time in-office e-commerce internship. You will manage seller accounts, optimize product listings, monitor performance, and coordinate with logistics and support teams. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with content writing, image editing and video creation using Canva or similar tools.
• Ability to edit product images and create promotional videos with basic motion and captions.
• Strong communication and time-management skills for overseeing listings and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee seller accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio and JioMart.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings to improve visibility and conversions.
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure marketplace compliance.
• Handle inventory, stock updates, pricing strategies, and catalog accuracy.
• Process orders, shipments, returns, and refunds efficiently.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and festive sale strategies.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads) to maximize ROI.
• Analyze sales, conversion rates, CTR, and ROAS to drive growth.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly performance and sales reports.

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Manage and oversee seller accounts on platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, JioMart, and other marketplaces.


• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords) to improve visibility and conversions.


• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.


• Handle inventory management, stock updates, pricing strategies, and catalog accuracy.


• Process and track orders, shipments, returns, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.


• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and festive sale strategies.


• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.


• Analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, CTR, and ROAS to drive business growth.


• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth operations.


• Resolve listing issues, suppressions, account-related concerns, and customer complaints.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales reports.


• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.


• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain profitability goals.
