Job summary

Atos in Chennai is seeking an experienced IT operations specialist to monitor applications, infrastructure and services using Dynatrace, and to design dashboards with DQL. You will perform synthetic monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM) to quickly identify issues, and manage incidents in line with ITIL/ITSM processes.

You will triage, prioritize, escalate and communicate incidents, update knowledge bases and SOPs, and create, update, and track tickets in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow to

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring applications and infrastructure with Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in writing DQL for dashboards.
• Knowledge of synthetic monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM incident management.
• Ability to triage, prioritize, escalate and communicate incidents.
• Experience updating knowledge bases and SOPs.
• Create, update and track incidents in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
