In this role, you will support the development and enhancement of technical, systems, and functional architecture views, design documentation, security documentation, and technical plans. You will work closely with stakeholders, business representatives, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and translate strategic objectives into effective Dynamics CRM solutions.

When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Power Platform Consultant

• You join a skilled team of software developers, business analysts, software architects, and IT professionals where you learn new things with your colleagues.
• Develop, configure, and provide ongoing support for custom applications and objects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that align with customer business processes and requirements.
• Develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft 365 / Dynamics 365 Online applications.
• Develop and maintain existing workflows and plugins within Dynamics CRM to support system engineering lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business representatives, department leads, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and define CRM-based solutions.
• Translate business and strategic objectives into technical and functional CRM capabilities.
• Participate in product development activities, including architecture and design evaluation, QA reviews, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assigned support tickets, ensuring effective and timely resolution of application issues.
• Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation and contribute to a documented knowledge base.
• Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, software architects, and IT professionals to implement and continuously improve Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Work with department leads to define requirements and identify opportunities to improve data access and data integrity across the organization.
• Develop and maintain the Dynamics CRM / Power Platform roadmap in alignment with business and technology priorities.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong professional background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps / Power Platform.
• Experience developing and maintaining Dynamics CRM workflows and plugins.
• Experience designing and implementing CRM solutions aligned with business processes and requirements.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 / Dynamics 365 Online applications.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business analysts, architects, developers, and subject matter experts.
• Experience participating in QA, UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Strong understanding of technical and functional documentation and solution design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
