Job Title: D365 Production (MFG) Senior Functional Lead

Job Summary:

1. 8+ years’ experience in D365 senior Production (MFG) Functional consulting area (AX2009 or AX2012 and Dynamics365FO)
2. Experience in working on large rollout projects.
3. Ability to lead/drive analysis & design workshops with business.
4. Knowledge of core finance modules.
5. Working experience in planning module.
6. Knowledgeable in Inventory & Costing.
7. Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating Production processes and recommending improvements.
8. Worked closely with business and technical users to implement key solutions.
9. Excellent customer-facing skills, able to communicate at all organizational levels.
10. Ability to lead/manage offshore Finance Functional Consultants.
11. Proven experience in leading requirement gathering and discovery workshops with users and stakeholders.
12. Experience across all phases of implementation: requirement gathering, CRP, training, UAT, Go Live, and Support.
13. Good communication skills.
14. Willing to work from the customer's location.
