Job summary

thyssenkrupp nucera invites an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer to join its ERP team to design, develop, and implement D365 F&O solutions focusing on integrations and custom development.

You will work with stakeholders, architects, and partners to deliver scalable, high quality solutions that support business processes and goals, with emphasis on accelerators, data migration, and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development.
• Strong proficiency in X++ development and the D365 F&O application framework.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining enterprise integrations.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, OData, DMF, Dual Write, ER, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between D365 F&O and internal or external systems using APIs, web services.
• Analyze and translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and implementations.
• Create and maintain customizations using X++, extensions, forms, classes, workflows, and reports.
• Develop and support data migration and data integration processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the D365 ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and solution architecture guidelines.
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform, with a strong focus on system integrations, custom development, and the realization of complex business requirements.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, solution architects, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support our business processes and strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Several years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development
• Strong proficiency in X++ development and the D365 F&O application framework
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining enterprise integrations
• Experience working with:
  • REST and SOAP APIs
  • OData services
  • Data Management Framework (DMF)
  • Dual Write
  • Electronic Reporting (ER)
  • Service Bus and Azure Functions
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps, and release management processes
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, and automated deployment pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications related to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience in global ERP implementations and international business environments
• Experience with performance optimization and application lifecycle management (ALM)
• Understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or project operations processes
