Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Technical Lead / Architect to guide the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable Microsoft business applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and dev teams to build secure, high-performing solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure.

You will own solution architecture, ALM, DevOps pipelines, and environment strategy while mentoring developers and ensuring governance.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in architecture, ALM, and DevOps for enterprise deployments.
• Experience leading development teams and conducting code reviews.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Architect scalable enterprise-grade solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure.

Your Role

As a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Technical Lead / Architect, you will lead the technical design, architecture, and delivery of scalable Microsoft business applications. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to build secure, high-performing, and integrated solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure services.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Architect scalable and enterprise-grade solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services.
• Own solution architecture, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps pipelines, and environment strategy.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce performance, security, governance, and development standards.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Lead integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and other APIs.
• Drive troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support activities.
• Mentor developers, provide technical leadership, and contribute to capability-building initiatives.

Your Profile

• Strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and extension.
• Advanced experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Expertise in solution architecture, Dynamics 365 security model, performance optimization, and ALM best practices.
• Proven experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and driving technical governance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204, or MB-600.
