Responsibilities

• To ensure PTCED output and its production related activities.
• To control CED/Paint defects due to process.
• To perform the various lab testing required for PTCED.
• To coordinate and provide supporting hand to customers (Internal and External).
• To monitor and control absenteeism on line by planning of cell members leave.
• To find cost effective solutions for consumable items by monitoring, suggesting, implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens.
• To create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working.
• To maintain safety of equipment by monitoring safety interlocks.
• Hands on experience of handling PTCED line, knowledge of Paint shop equipment like spray guns, pumps, blowers, burners.
• Understanding of ED/Paint defects and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process and supplier processes.
• Knowledge of TPM.
• Knowledge of quality tools and systems.
• Knowledge of best practices in industry.
