Job summary

A prominent consulting firm in Pune is looking for a Finance Leader to drive feasibility studies and lead financial reporting and compliance across domestic and international entities. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in finance leadership, preferably with Big 4 exposure, and strong expertise in IFRS and financial strategies. Job description

Drive feasibility studies, business case analysis, and sensitivity analysis for global expansion projects.

Lead financial control, reporting, and compliance across domestic & international entities (IFRS, Transfer Pricing, Accounting Norms).

Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development on business growth strategies.

Oversee reporting and compliance for 3 JVs with Japanese partners.

Lead and mentor a finance team of 6, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and growth.

Act as second-in-command to the Business Controller, handling 70–80% international finance exposure.

What We’re Looking For

Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / MBA (Finance).

10+ years of experience in finance leadership, preferably with Big 4 consulting/audit exposure.

Strong expertise in IFRS, Transfer Pricing, Accounting Standards.

Hands-on experience in feasibility analysis, business case study preparation, asset utilization, and financial risk assessment.

Strong stakeholder management with international interaction experience.

Flexible to work from Ranjangaon with partial presence in Viman Nagar.
