SYSTRA India is seeking a senior professional for the role of Deputy Chief Expert cum Auditor – Overall ITC, placed at site for the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project. The candidate will audit all ITC activities, coordinate with contractors and clients, and report to the PD/Chief-Expert.

Required are an Engineering degree and 15 years’ rail-based transit experience, with 8 years in integration, testing and commissioning.

Competenze

• Engineering graduate (B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent).
• Minimum 15 years total experience in rail-based transit system projects.
• Minimum 8 years in Overall Integration, Testing and Commissioning within rail projects.

Mansioni

• Audit all Overall ITC activities and provide reports to the PD/Chief-Expert/Client (NHSRCL).
• Act as lead member in ITC Coordination team.
• Audit and review ITC Basic Document, Overall ITC Detail Plan and ITC Plans from each Contractor.
• Audit tests related to Overall ITC and advise corrective actions or additional tests.
• Review summarized progress reports and provide recommendations on Overall ITC.
• Coordinate with contractors, ISA, RDSO, CMRS, etc.
• Perform other roles and responsibilities assigned by PD and Client as needed.
• Stand in for Chief Expert-Integration, Testing and Commissioning during absence.

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project Location: Site

Missions/Main Duties

• This position shall report to Chief Expert- Overall ITC.
• Audit of all overall ITC activities and provide reports to the PD/Chief-Expert/Client(NHSRCL).
• To act as lead member in ITC Coordination team.
• Audit and review the ITC Overall Basic Document, integrated Overall ITC Detail Plan and Overall ITC Plans issued by each Contractor.
• Audit the tests related to Overall ITC (as applicable).
• Audit test results and advise corrective actions and/or additional tests to the Contractors.
• Audit the summarized/ compiled progress reports and recommendation on the Overall ITC.
• Assist and coordinate with different parties i.e. contractors, ISA, RDSO,CMRS etc.
• Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client (NHSRCL).
• This position stands in for all roles and responsibilities of the Chief Expert-Integration, Testing and Commissioning during his absence.

Profile/Skills

Min. Qualification: Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics stream or equivalent)

Min. Experience:(i) Engineering Graduate with overall 15 years, or Engineering Diploma with overall 18 years of experience in Rail-based Transit System project(s)*.

(ii) 08 years of experience inOverall Integration, Testing and Commissioning of various Systems including Operation & Maintenance (O&M) in Rail-based Transit System project(s)*.

Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:

• High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
