Job summary

Manning Consulting in Hyderabad is seeking a DV360 Platform Support SME with 3+ years of relevant experience. You will provide technical support for Google Marketing Platform, focusing on DV360, and help customers navigate complex campaigns.

You will resolve queries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues related to campaigns, billing, and platform, and guide customers on best practices. Collaboration with internal teams and assisting migrations and bulk uploads are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience with DV360
• Knowledge of DV360, CM360, SA360, Google Ads
• Understanding of RTB and digital advertising
• Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, and JavaScript
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support
• Google Marketing Platform certification is an added advantage

Hiring: DV360 Platform Support SME

Experience: 3+ Years (Relevant)

Location: Hyderabad / Gurugram

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Google Marketing Platform, primarily DV360.
• Resolve customer queries via Phone, Email, and Chat.
• Troubleshoot campaign, platform, and billing-related issues.
• Guide customers on platform usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and escalations.
• Support account migrations, bulk uploads, and other platform initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in DV360.
• Knowledge of DV360, CM360, SA360, Google Ads, DoubleClick products, or related ad platforms.
• Understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and digital advertising.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, and JavaScript is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
• Google Marketing Platform certification is an added advantage.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)
