Seva Bharathi Hospital in Hyderabad invites medical professionals to join as a general physician. The role involves examining, diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries, coordinating with nursing staff, and ensuring patient safety during all operations.

You will manage OPD duties with consultants, prepare discharge summaries within 1–2 hours post-discharge, assist in the operating theatre where possible, and maintain accurate patient histories and progress notes.

Responsabilidades

• To examine, diagnose and treat for common illness and injuries.
• To coordinate with nursing and other staff on duty, for error free treatment to patients and related activities.
• In critical cases, stabilize the patient and seek immediate advice from consultant or specialist, then update medical superintendent.
• To see OPD along with consultant in the working hours.
• To Prepare discharge summary of patient in the stipulated time of 1 to 2 hours after patient discharge confirmation of consultant.
• To assist and learn functions, for Operation Theater, wherever possible.
• To update the respective records about patients history, treatment, daily progress and other observation, if any.
• In case of Medico-Legal Case ( MLC) e.g. Road Accident, Physical Assault, Sexual Assault, Suspected Poisoning, Severe Burn Injuries, then treat the patient first before doing anything else there after inform to RMO or Medical Superintendent.
• In case of suspected sudden Death or suspected Unnatural Death then inform RMO or Medical Superintendent and take guidance to initiate further course of action.

In case of patient is in critical situation, give stabilization to the patient and take immediate advice from respective consultant or specialist to decide the further course of treatment to the patient and immediately update medical superintendent.

To see OPD. along with consultant in the working hours.

To Prepare discharge summary of patient in the stipulated time of 1 to 2 hours after patient discharge confirmation of consultant.
