Bestal Hr is seeking a store operations professional in Tamil Nadu to manage daily store opening/closing and oversee floor operations.

The role focuses on merchandising, hygiene, safety, product availability, and delivering excellent customer service while resolving complaints promptly. You will monitor billing, ensure smooth checkout during peak hours, and drive MORE+ loyalty enrolments. Daily team briefings, stock checks, and promoting promotions are essential to meet targets.

Responsabilités

• Daily store opening/closing and overall floor operations management.
• Ensure proper merchandising, store hygiene, safety and product availability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Monitor billing counters and ensure smooth checkout during peak hours.
• Drive MORE+ loyalty program enrolments.
• Conduct stock checks, gap audits and control shrinkage/damages.
• Monitor near-expiry/expired products and take timely action.
• Conduct daily team briefings, allocate tasks and monitor performance.
• Support sales targets and promotional activities.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize operational wastage.
