As a Logistics Specialist

You will be a part of the Global Sourcing & Logistics Service Center organization and will be responsible for Logistics data reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Reporting of Logistics AOD (Advice On Delivery) Metrics using SQL, MS Excel and PowerPoint for all business units.
• Collaborate with Carriers/Customers and counterparts to collect shipment data. Validate the accuracy of data and upload in system or work around to collect correct data.
• Publish Daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports.
• Should be able to deliver adhoc data reports from plants/buyers/SRM.
• Extract data from SAP BW and prepare reports to publish as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• B.Com/B.A./B.Sc./BBA degree (Preferably related to Foreign Trade, Logistics or Supply Chain).
• 2020/2021/2022 graduates with more than 60% marks in academics.
• Proficient in English, Good communication skills in order to liaise with the end-users.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel.
• Technical or IT Operations experience (good to have, not mandatory).
