Asst Manager – HR

Work collaboratively for regular operations & functional activities in HR, partnering with managers and HRBP for effective deliverables of the HR function in line with the business requirement for Oil Palm Plantations business.

Job location: Factory location (Chinthampalli)

Reporting to: General Manager – HR

Job Responsibilities

  1. Implement and adhere to the policies in accordance with the business.
  2. Support and effective implementation of the COE initiatives of TA, L&D, C&B, PMS, OD, and EE for factory and extension teams.
  3. Create and ensure a collaborative work environment and customer satisfaction with respective stakeholders.
  4. Employee master & MIS reports, Payroll & Salary administration.
  5. Handling employee grievances, Prepare Monthly HR Panchayat reports.
  6. Tracking of Manpower, HR CAPEX & OPEX Budgeting & expenses – Support in AOP & LRP preparations.
  7. Lead Employee welfare and Employee relations, Employee wage agreements – LTS.
  8. Facilitate Employee onboarding & exit management, taking care of the employee’s entire life cycle.
  9. Responsible for Contract labour management, facilitating manpower contractual agreements.
  10. Ensure and comply with applicable statutory compliances.
  11. Support CSR initiatives and collaborate with communities.
  12. Drive HR Cost reduction initiatives.
  13. Facilitate and support during audits.
  14. Liaison with Government authorities.
  15. Facilitate employee benefits administration – EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Insurance, and other non-statutory.
  16. Responsible for Time office & Admin activities.

Qualification & Experience

  1. MBA in HR
  2. Functional expertise with 08-10 years and above of relevant experience in handling HR functional and operational activities (Preferable in continuous process industries).
  3. Proficiency in English & Hindi language mandatory.
  4. Experience in handling multiple locations.
  5. Experience in handling contract labour.
  6. Experience in handling IR & HR Core activities.
  7. Experience in handling payroll process.
  8. Experience in handling End-to-End process.
